Bruno Bimas - Carcassonne

We had an ice cream which looked very like a cake. It was not bad, but it was too sweet and very hard to cut through it with a spoon. The shop lookes very nice and the cakes too. We did not stay enough time in Carvassonne to taste more of them :

Going inside was a feast for the eyes, everything was so beautifully crafted and all looked delicious almost looked too good to eat, real mini pieces of art. Eating them was also a real delight.

Je suis fan de cette pâtisserie mais cette fois-ci, je suis vraiment déçu par le Panettone qui a la forme d'un Panettone mais qui n'a pas du tout le goût. Il faudrait le renommer car sincèrement, on ne peut pas dire que c'est un Panettone et pour 16€, c'est vraiment dommage surtout quand on adore ça !!

Last place to go to Carcassonne for chocolate and pastries!!! More than excellent quality!
