This was our first time at the Top Five Stars Chinese restaurant..and we will be back. For a simple strip mall restaurant, the food quality did not disappoint. The steamed dumplings, crab Rangoon, chicken and broccoli, and General Tso’s were delicious. Our server was attentive. The price was about average for the portion sizes. And the dining area was modest but clean. My family and I will return. Service: Dine in
