Vickey's Soul Grill Catering

This place is nothing short of awesome! I've tried several entrees and they were all delicious! The pork chops are so thick I thought I was in an episode of The Flintstones! And the Banana Pudding cake...? OMG! I've told Vickey (who is a total sweetheart BTW) that I'm going to order a whole cake, it's that good! I love this place and they have a constant customer out of me.

Went for the grand opening. Food was very good. Service was very good. I got the wings and catfish. Catfish did not have the murky taste at all. It reminded me of how my grandma made it. Mac and cheese was good I just wish I had a bigger serving. The music was a vibe! Overall it was a excellent experience and I will return.

I'm 34 years old and have lived in the South for five years, and I can confidently say that this was the best fried chicken, mac and cheese, and cornbread I've ever tasted. I didn’t even get a chance to try the peach cobbler, but the food was just amazing. The staff was also very friendly!

Vickie’s Southern Grill features a wide variety of seafood favorites, along with sides that are delightful. We tried the wels dinner, which came with mac and cheese and greens, as well as the oxen dish served with gravy, red beans, and rice. Both were excellent!

I enjoyed many fantastic dishes during my visit. The warm atmosphere and delicious homemade desserts took me back to simpler times. This is truly southern cooking at its best. I was not disappointed with any of my meals. As a foodie and a fan of VSG after dining there in Monroeville, I want to extend my gratitude for the wonderful food and desserts.
