A&w - Penn Hills

I would give this place zero stars if I could, but since that's not an option, I'll have to give it one. This restaurant needs serious improvement or should consider closing down.

Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed. My server was friendly, and my meal was served quickly and hot. I ordered the papa burger combo, and since the location also features Long John Silver’s, I was able to choose green beans as my side. They were delicious! I decided to add a piece of hushpuppies as well. Although I don’t often drink root beer, it always tastes great here. The burger was pretty standard, but it was served on a brioche bun, which was a nice touch. The seating area offered both table and booth options.

The dining room was closed during my visit, and they were out of chicken fingers. However, the rest of the food was quite good. They also seemed a bit understaffed, which made things a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff did their best to provide a positive experience.

Called to see if a&w used same drive thru as long john silvers, was told yes they do. After waiting behind 5 cars, got to order and was told they didn't have burgers and sliders, just long john silvers, even though a& w items were on the menu sign. Idiots!!!

Got my order wrong I turned around went back and they messed it up again. But it's fastfood and this is what it is now days terrible service.
