Domino's Pizza - Penn Hills Twp

I used to order from here all the time but never again. My last order took over two hours and when I tried to call literally nobody answered the phone. I don't know who owns it now but they're making Dominos look really bad.

I went to the this location and brought two medium pizzas and was charged $11.49 per pizza, I then realized that I was charged too much and when I called in to see about getting some type of reimbursement or another deal, I was told that I have to ask for the $7.99 or $5.99 deal and that there was nothing that they can do about it, you will think proper customer service, or whatever you want to call it, will tell you about a deal vs me having to ask. I will never return back to this location it's pitiful.

I usually would get pizza here once a week but continually kept having issue. Ordered delivery and the app said the pizza was delivered which is wasn’t so it took me 15 minutes to get ahold of someone for them to tell me the driver waited out front of my house for 20 minutes and took the pizza back which nobody ever showed, then they called me wondering if I still wanted it, So 1hr 25 minutes later my cold food was delivered and the driver was demanding they get tipped. What a joke

I highly recommend not ordering from this location. Today I went in because they gave me the wrong pizza and the lady that just touched money and her cell phone started making it without washing her hands or gloves. I had to stop her and ask the other young lady to make it since I just saw her wash her hands. Very dirty and unprofessional. She even argued with me about the pizza they made incorrectly. Go anywhere but here! All this and the pizza was not tasty.

The store smells really bad and the pizza was sticking to the card board and it is really expensive $14.00 for large me personally never go their
