Tim Hortons - Penhold

I wanted to use the voucher, after I showed it to the seller, it broke through each product at full cost, despite the fact that everything was cheaper in the voucher. The service is terrible, thanks.

Waited 20 minutes in side the restaurant for 2 black coffees and timbits. There was 8 other customers waiting on drinks and he had no idea who had ordered what or what he was making. 2 employees for a busy highway stop is ridiculous.

Bought croissant with hash brown inside, the hash brown I think was from since morning too hard to eat, I am a truck driver can’t really go back to complain but tried to call them but their phone was engaged all the time.

This location is always consistent with speediness, excellent customer service, good food, and a clean location.The drive thru staff are always pleasant and kind.I drive to this location almost daily to avoid the horrendous and abysmal service in Penhold.

Went into the women's washroom and there was literal feces on the wall and on the floor. Sooo disgusted !!!
