Mama Romano's - Pence Avenue, Osceola

I see that this restaurant has 3 different locations. We were at the location on Pleasant Hill and I can only assume that the good ratings I see posted are for the other locations. I don't usually write reviews but we have never experienced food this bad at any restaurant we have ever been to. There were six of us and nobody could eat their food it was so bad. The tomato sauce had the consistency and taste of canned tomato paste. I do not believe that the kitchen staff are Italian. Not one dish that any of us ordered tasted anything like an Italian dish any of us had ever tasted. We could have tried to overlook that fact but the food tasted so bad that none of us could eat it. To add insult to injury, we had to wait 45 min. 1 hour to finally receive this horrible food. The one positive was our waitress who tried her best to do a good job despite the incompetent kitchen staff. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

The aroma from outside is divine!The live music is amazing! Especially Jesus the pianist on Wednesday and Thursday!The best garlic rolls you will ever taste!A+ 10/10

Great hidden gem! The ambience was great and Soraima was very attentive and friendly! Delicious food! Will return!Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu and Soraima was very attentive to my son!

Soralma was a wonderful server. Said hello to the owner. Great piano music as well. I was with my good friend who also really enjoyed.
