Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis was our first time at Bonefish Grill. The restaurant is elegant yet comfortable and the lighting is easy on the eyes. The decor is simple and calming. The restaurant had about 10 tables occupied when we arrived and quickly filled up. It took about 30 minutes to get our bottle of wine and over an hour to get our food. The bread with herbs and olive oil was hot and flavorful. The beef and ginger potstickers were over cooked and very hard. The chicken and shrimp dish was served lukewarm and both the shrimp and the chicken were dried out and over cooked. The Chilean sea bass internal temperature was cold and unfortunately my husband didn’t say anything until later or I would have sent it back. We saw other people receiving their plates of food with steam coming from the plate suggesting theirs was hot but I think ours had been left sitting too long and I’m not sure what to make of the sea bass being cold. In retrospect we should have requested it all be prepared fresh again but we were so hungry by the time it arrived we ate it. We hadn’t planned for 90 minutes to receive our food. We will give it another chance because we did see other people receiving great looking food we just were not one of them.
I love bonefish but it is definitely a different experience when you dine in than the one you have if you take out! Nothing an air fryer can't fix!
Good products but lacked seasoning and flavor The seafood starters were ok but the main course, which was a Cod Imperial and a Hallibut, were just cooked without any flavor
Go everything we are in FL at our condo. Great food and service.
