Pembrokeshire Pasty Pie Co

I was extremely disappointed with the pastries we purchased from this restaurant. The spicy potato pasty, priced at £4.40, had very little potato filling and was mostly filled with a tangy tomato/curry sauce that tasted like it came from a can. The farmhouse pie, priced at £4.80, was very small and lacked much ham or chicken, mostly consisting of sauce. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.

Really sorry to do this but I advise anyone with functioning tastebuds to avoid. I had their lamb pasty and it was awful. The filling was like a sweet wallpaper paste. The only identifiable ingredients were a couple of redcurrants and a piece of lamb. Perhaps I was unlucky but I will not be back.

Was very disappointed we went in yesterday to take 4 pasties back to Leicester for our dinner 3 meat and veg and one Red Leicester cheese onion as been on a two night break here at the cost of £20.50 I thought these are gonna be great ! And with a sausage roll the young man serving us could barely lift his head to look at us with very long hair wafting all over his face was surprised that was allowed whilst dealing with food for hygiene purposes no greeting or anything once we were home I warmed them up they were all the same pastie all meat and veg not a cheese one and tbh they were not worth the £4.50 each was expecting something sensational for that price but the fact that I had the wrong pastie was unacceptable

Came for a visit in Tenby store on Monday 26th Excellent service as always from Jolly Jan. Food was piping hot Be back next week for the sausage roll and a pasty

I’m giving this score not on the food as that is definitely a 5 star and great selection but my disappointment comes with service. I’m a big believer that Hello, Please, Thankyou, and smile and when asked a question the reply is with pleasure not attitude. Such a shame the service is not as good as the food .
