Greggs - Pembrokeshire

I simply tried the door and discovered that Greggs was closed, despite the sign saying it was open. I always enjoy Greggs, so I was very disappointed today on the last day of our holiday. It is very misleading to advertise as open when the door is locked.

This restaurant is dirty and disgusting. The pizzas and pastries were all burnt, and the sugar section was also dirty. It seems like Gregg's company is going downhill, possibly due to the area manager. They definitely need a new one.

I ordered the pepperoni and latte combo at this restaurant. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious, as was the coffee. I have noticed that lattes are sometimes not served hot enough, but this one was perfectly hot and delightful.

Roughly ten minutes to 1pm I went into Greggs Tenby and bought £7 worth of food. I politely asked for some ketchup and was being served by the male member of staff (who was lovely) the female brunette member of staff interrupted and raised her voice at me and tried to embarrass me in front of a line of people telling me how she wouldn’t pay £1.35 for ketchup. Her customer service skills were terrible and she should maybe consider how deeply she feels about other people’s sauce preferences. I’ll never return to a Greggs again.

I can't say we use Greggs often but their food is always very fresh. The staff in Tenby's Greggs were all really lovely too. Full marks to all!!
