Kfc - Pembroke

Yep here in Pembroke and it was overcooked really crunchy and half inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket won’t give us our money back offered 6 pieces of chicken free when it cost us $42 with hair!!!!

The grease was off so the chicken was not good...the woman that served my partner forgot the gravy and wanted her to walk back out to the truck for 1.45 which she just said forget it...I've also had issues with the app lately...KFC needs to step up their game...church's and Popeyes are more than willing to pick up the

Couldn't tell what piece of the chicken I was even eating. Undercooked, way too greasy even by KFC standards, gravy has no flavor. Never eating here again.

As long as there are poutines and crackle gravy ill keep coming ; take the poutine away, i can make my own chicken

Ordered ahead online for 4 p.m. Arrived to pick it up only to have them START making it at 4 p.m. That was forgivable, it gets busy sometimes, but the food that I was served was borderline criminal. There was not a single identifiable piece of chicken like a wing, leg or breast. It was as if they cut it into wing sized chunks at every joint and served up deep fried chicken chunks in place of pieces of chicken. I can't tell if we just got a bad bucket or if this franchise has declined to this point in general, but after paying thier price for this junk, we will not be back again.
