Dairy Queen - Pembroke

I really enjoy the ice cream and cakes at this restaurant!

This place is average. The prices are ok and the quality of the food in mid range. However, the shop should be renovated and made more accessible. It is quite cramped inside. That being said, I have always had great service.

Went for a quick bite to eat tonight at Pembroke Dairy Queen. It was pretty quiet and I was the only one in the drive through. The girl working the cash was friendly, but my good experience ended there. After twelve min I finally received the cheeseburger combo I ordered (that was it, just fries, a burger and a pop.) I mentioned that the wait time was unacceptable, the response was a meek sorry but she offered no excuse . When I got home the food was cooked beyond poorly. The fries weren't even cooked through, and the burger looked as if it had been regurgitated into the wrapper. All I have to say is maybe some more training is necessary for the children you have working. Product quality shouldn't suffer due to laziness. I'll be driving down the street to McDonalds next time, that's for sure!

I stop here frequently for a treat on warm days. The seating area looks new and is clean. On this visit I had a burger meal and a Blizzard. I like the grilled burgers over fast food, and I always enjoy the treats. I will be back here again

Drive through order for two. Friendly staff, moderately good food but over one third of all menu items were "coming soon." All the prominently displayed choices were unavailable, no napkins were provided and I received a poutine without a fork. For those unfamiliar with the dish, it makes for poor finger food. There was nothing wrong with the food but if you go, go prepared.
