Chef lemaire has created and executed a beautiful, delicious menu for my 40th birthday sun. eating was amazing, from traditional haitian cuisine to the decadent lobster,conch and skalopp court. he moved it to perfection. for dessert we had chocolate wing cake, which had a dreamy melt in their mouth taste. he was professional, punctual and very accommodating with change request. Of my first talk with chef lemaire of sensory delights I knew they were the perfect providers for our high time. sensory delights offers a very creative menu and with very fair trips. the whole team is highly professional and has a very thorough system to ensure a qualitatiw high quality service. when the day approached, neima was very helpful. she communicated with my high-time planner and also helped us enormously during the day. When I was ready to go down the floor, neima helped with my dress when I got down the stairs. my man and I chose the dinner and let them tell them that our expectations were exceeded! our guests always called after the high time to complicate me as they were impressed by the servers with the foods and services. one of the most important highlights is how to make sure that my brautparty ate during the cocktails hour after the ceremony while making our pictures. at the end of the night they had fought for my man and eat me for the next day. my high-time planner told me how they went the extra mile to make sure they delivered. they surpassed our expectations. We found Sensory Delights on social media after the catering company we planned to use fell through. We were planning a wedding out of state and needed urgency and efficiency. Alain and Neima made arrangements to squeeze us in to a last minute tasting and delivered great service (although we were late). All of the concerns we had were addressed.If you’re questioning whether or not to go with Sensory Delights, the answer is yes! We used this catering company for our wedding over over 150 guests and they were always responsive, accommodating AND kind. Again, all concerns were addressed PROMPTLY and communication was never an issue. Planning a wedding can be stressful but catering was not on the list of things contributing to that stress.
