Punta Cana - Pembroke Pines

The food is quite pricey, and it has been one of my worst experiences to date.

I absolutely love Punta Cana Restaurant! I always order the Mofongo because it's the best I've ever had. I've tried other restaurants, but none compare to Punta Cana. I highly recommend it!

Mofongo is decent, but nothing to rave about, and my experience was not great. The rice pudding was unappetizing. When I mentioned I didn't like something to the waitress, she just looked at me and said, "Okay, can I help you with something else?" The Hispanic light-skinned employee lacked basic customer service skills, which is definitely not suited for this line of work.

I came here and felt excited for the food and it took about an hour to bring my appetizers to her. It took another 20-30 minutes to bring out the main dish where I ordered a cheese omelet with toast. When they brought me my main dish, it was literally an egg, the size of half the palm with some cheese with 3 small pieces of toast. My sister ordered Mofongo with Chicharrón, who was hard and old. I am very disappointed by my experience in this restaurant and would not recommend going here.

We have been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years, never a dissapoint. Best Dominican food!!! Great food quality, excellent service, Amanda the owner always greets us when we go. I recommend this restaurant in a heart beat. I love it!!
