This Pollo Tropical has really gone downhill since COVID. I understand that the rules for safety were necessary for everyone, but this place has never been the same since. At first they have no napkins, utensils or even soft drinks dispensers available for you. You have to ask her for everything. Even before, they never have all sauces and are no longer serving fried Yuca. I believe that all this is due to the efficiency of a place already understated. The immersion position is clearly not friendly for anyone, so I would not recommend it. Order for delivery via the website and they do not contain chicken in both meals. You forgot the sauces. I went to the store and they refused to refund my delivery fee. There were 5 other customers who came back because orders were wrongly angry. Supervisor Gloria did not offer any help.
