Pizza Hut Express - Pembroke Pines

Horrible placed an order at 7:19 it 's 9:08 and the manager argued with me that my order was placed at 8:19 and was on the way on my screenshots show my order placed at 7:19 and my screenshot saying 9:09 asked what she was going to do and she just responded ok will be reaching out to cooperate for a full refund as well as a new manager smh Update I added a Pic of what I received at 9:21 BURNT CHEESESTICKS ..that 's what was taking them too long they were burning it ????

I haven't found a Pizza Hut that cooks the pan pizza this perfectly since I lived in NJ as a child! We just recently moved in the area so I finally had an urge to try the Pizza Hut nearby even though I haven't had good experiences at the others I have tried throughout Florida. Let me tell you! The pan pizza was COOKED PERFECTLY! I almost cried because of how good it was. I will be ordering from here once a week now (at least)! Also, the pizza said it would be delivered in 40-50 minutes but came in 20! I couldn't be more pleased!

Wasted 2 hours. Ordered delivery and an hour an a half decided to call to see what was wrong. Spent 25 min on the phone just for someone to hang up. When I arrived at the shop the girl stated she ?tried to call me? because I had to pay with card to get delivery. She was on her phone with earphones on with not a care in the world. Don?t waste peoples time. What good is the online platform if your location doesn?t communicate

Pizza was nice and hot melted cheese just no sauce at all and to me no sauce kills the entire pizza should be a 1 star

This location cannot seem to get take out orders correct. Ordered light cheese and they made it with extra cheese. Had to wait while they remade it. Tried again on another occasion and they gave thin crust instead of hand tossed. Again had to wait while they remade the order. Will not order from this location again
