They keep using door dash for delivery and it’s horrible. Still waiting on my food. If you don’t have enough employees, then don’t offer delivery.
If I could give no stars I would. I ordered food last night 4/7/22 at 6:55pm two pizzas and their new pizza box with wings. Two hours passed and no food delivered!! I called their phone number to the store and after sitting on the phone for an hour I gave up no one answered!! I then called corporate to complain. Long story short I got a ring camera alert at 10:18pm last night. Guess who with the came pizza. I walked out front and told the delivery driver to take it back. over 3 hours it took to come and my family at this point was already sleeping. I understand if your short staff or very busy but learn to reach out to people and say hey sorry but delivery times are long. Don't let them know it's a 25-30 minute delivery time and then 3 1/2 hours later bring the food. i will not order from this place again!
Eating is overcooked. eating cold. missing items. ordered delivery and only ready to reimburse or replace the objects, unless we bring back physical objects. the point of delivery is because we have a party with children. we can't leave children or load a few children absolutely ridiculous.
I put an order online and the employee called me shortly after the order to tell me what I was no longer available. instead of improvising, he continued to say the order would be canceled and the money would be back to my credit card in 5-7 days.
The food was fresh and delivered on time, however the order was incomplete and incorrect. When I spoke to the manager he became rude and refused to correct the mistakes. As a whole, the the experience was sub par. I expected a higher standard from pizza hut manager.
