Papa Johns Pizza - Pembroke Pines

This Papa John 's leaves a lot to be desired, it shouldn 't be called that; since it does not meet the standards of this company. I placed an order and they charged my card. The order never arrived, when I communicated they put me on hold for 30 minutes, andthey had not even taken the order. The manager in charge Juan According to him, he could not guarantee my delivery because ofthe order and he did not offer me any help. Ordered a veggie pizza. This what I got.. whoever made it literally just threw all the veggies in the center and every slice fell apart. I called back and complained so they made me another pizza. When it arrived it literally was made the same way. Thislocation sucks never again .

Ipsive never ordered at papas johns before, but today I will have the cinnamon pull aparts and a 2 liter pepsi for the delivery, yes it is early in the morning, but I would like to try some sweets that I appreciate the order at 11:08 time is just getting the email at 11:09 I have the payment with cash option now only wait that it is now in delivery as 11:19

Very unprofessional. You can call 3 hours ahead they still make you wait 15+ minutes to get your order. Even if there isn’t anybody in the store. They don’t care if you already paid and ordered they only start making your order when you walk in to pick it up. They pick up the phone and put it on hold for 20+ minutes before taking your order.

Exceptional service and very friendly, I made a mistake in ordering the pizza and even it was cooked they made new one.Highly recommended.
