The cookie pane is so elite, my favorite thing from Mrs. Fields since I was a kid!

Ordered cookies for the delivery of Christmas and they never arrived. I'll wait. Mrs. Fields says they have a 30-day shelf life, so eat when they come here.

I worked in that store and it is one of the worst experience of my life, I’ve never been paid any tips, I don’t recommend this place at all, the managers are rude to customers and employees, they treat employees badly and are rude to them

I visited this place several times a week. I usually have no problem, but recently my cookies have been really hard. The reason I want to get my cookies from there is because I like soft chewing cookies, but recently they were very hard and dry. My other question is that they have a new employee who works there... a young man with dusty looking black hair. He always looks immaculate. I noticed on several occasions that he has flakes along the collar of his shirt. His hair is always everywhere. Why don't they wear hair nets? This young man needs a crash course, how to look present at work... especially at work for food. I hate when he takes my order, because I only know one day I will find hair in or on one of my cookies. Please note to talk to him about hygiene and look for the part to sell your goods.

Treats costumers and employees like garbage, Owners Managers are rude and steal tips from employees. Also the place is very dirty on the inside and outside, oven hasn’t been cleaned in ages
