La Carreta - Pembroke Pines

It was super busy and looked alil understaffed.. I ordered my churrasco med-well, it came out med-rare, my yuca came out super dry and hard. My husband asked for over medium eggs it came out well done, not only that it took forever for us to even get our food?. The waitress was really nice and understanding

For 20 years I have been coming to this location in Pines. I have always been to their other locations. Some of their servers have been working at this location for years and make it better. I guess I don't know Cuban food since I like this place. Lol.

Food and prices were good. Had the steak and eggs. Steak is thin but cooked perfectly . Perfect portions for the price . Service was soso.

This is the first restaurant I've visited in over a year that isn't understaffed! The service was quick, the food was fantastic, and the waitress even engaged with my 5-year-old granddaughter. Make sure to try their coffee! I’ll definitely return on my next visit!

Authentic Cuban cuisine. We always visit La Carreta whenever we're in Florida. The service is excellent, and the croquettes, chicken cutlet, ropa vieja, oxtail, lengua (cow tongue), and lamb stew are all delicious.
