At first the soup was extremely thick and had rice, the meat was cut into tiny pieces, this looked to me and seemed like can soup, also badly salty. If you eat in the soup has no rice and has nice pieces of meat. On the wings I did not get the celery or blue cheese and I was loaded. There were 2 wings that had feathers at the end of them to say needles, I was disgusting and dissatisfied. I write this review for the recording when I went to the din, I never had any problems.
Great location, staff is very welcoming. Waiting times are expected (as with most Flanigans sites) and the benches are slightly smaller than usual (only relevant if you have hyperactive children like me). Food is always great, but drinks are so.
Four stars here means nothing negative at all. Most of Flannigan's locations are almost always at the point. What makes Flannigan's restaurants so successful? Consistency. For most part 90% of the time you will not regret to be one of their locations. Is it the most amazing kitchen you? Maybe not, but on the other hand for an average price restaurant their quality and service is always above average and that?s definitely good enough for me and the rest of the world, which keeps most of their locations waiting with an hour long to get during the rush hours dinner times almost every day of the week. Last night I had the Cajun shrimps with pasta, I've never tried this dish before, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was glad to see that it came with some mixed vegetables in the pasta with the shrimps. I enjoy Veggies with my food. Everything was hot and freshly served all flavors and textures were the way they should be and I was a happy camper. Had a nice Stella on design during the happy hour for a little over four dollars and do not change any bad deal at all. Stella is a find lady who never makes me sad?. Finally, my two favorite places for Flannigans are the Silver Lakes location in Pembroke Pines and in the West location. All Flannigan?s locations are always safer. Typical Flannigan's, long wait to get in, long wait to get what you ordered. ribs always awesome, I ordered the shrimp cajun pasta (first and last) nothing cajun about it and wayyyy to oily buttery.
Last week I ordered 2 full rack ribs, for my surprise when I opened the container there was a hair on it, and that?s totally disgusting. I called immediately asking for refund, and talked with the manager, he said that he could placed and other order but I lived 40 minutes away from that restaurant, so I said I can?t go back I had to throw it away that food so $52 dollars to the trash. I call again after one week and the manager Michael said that he could do one of the ribs not two, so I asked for refund and he do not want to give me the refund just another order, after that I just don?t want to do another order, he said that?s not credible(about the hair) so I?m lying? That?s why I have to post this review so you could have a better experience here and see by your self what I?m talking about. Bad customer service!
