Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I don't usually write reviews, but this place really impressed me. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and delicious the food was. The wings were fantastic, and the salmon was equally outstanding. Additionally, the blue cheese was the best I've ever tasted.

We were really disappointed with our experience. The Baha shrimp pasta was just okay, and given the prices, we expected a lot more flavor. This has never happened to us before at a restaurant.

The ribs and chicken were fantastic! We always enjoy the food at Firebirds.

Disappointing considering the great reviews. Cilantro-Grilled Chicken Breast was overcookedand rubbery. The ribs were like bones with sauce. Literally no meat. Kids mac and cheese was dry and not cheesy. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were overpowered by a pungent and tangy taste, which was not appetizing at all.

Presentation was terrible the food was skimpy and my mixed vegetables were missing
