We were attended by happy and bright Tiffani at the counter. Never been here before. But very pleasant and Tiffani was very helpful in giving us advice. All I can say is that before BurgerFi I used to go to Shake Shack a lot, but this place is way better. Better tasting burgers, fries and onion rings. Plus I got to have a glass of wine which I hear they’re discontinuing. That’s a shame. Robert Mondavi still rocks.Thank you Tiffani and team!
I really like the food here and it’s a convenient location for me but the service has been bad. First visit months ago was bad on a busy Friday, I ended up having to get a refund bc they seemed really disorganized and our food was taking a long time. No big deal, things happen and restaurants have bad shifts.Tonight i decided to give it another try. The cashier was welcoming and happy to take our order. Food came quickly. Then we realized husband’s “CEO Burger” didn’t have all the toppings it was supposed to. I walked to the front to politely ask about it and if we could just get it on the side and the cashiers attitude completely changed. She was gaslighting me and said the bacon jelly was cooked into the burger meat and that’s why I wasn’t seeing it. I walked back to my table to pull up the menu online and look at the photo to not feel crazy, then walked back up. Right away she grabbed a side of the bacon jelly from the window and basically threw it on the counter at me.I didn’t understand why I was being treated that way, like an inconvenience to simply get the toppings we paid for. I’m a very understanding person and wasn’t being accusatory, I’ve worked in restaurants and understand things happen.Until I read a review further down when I got home about cashiers telling the cooks when someone doesn’t tip and the cooks purposely didn’t add cheese to their burgers. I guess that makes sense why she suddenly got rude with me if she purposely did that. Tipping culture at simple restaurants has gotten out of hand. She has no idea that I was planning on tipping in cash after I ate while walking out.It would have meant a lot if they simply admitted to forgetting the toppings or just simply said sorry, but instead I was treated rudely. Won’t be returning to this location.

I had a great experience at Burger Fi and it was all thanks to Kesha, the manager on duty. The music was a little loud for my Grandma and them seeing how uncomfortable she was, they lowered the music for her. The restaurant was spotless. The counter to order, the drink station, the condiment station, the tables and the restrooms were clean. The staff was beyond friendly. The woman taking our order was patient, as we weren't exactly sure if we were going to order one of their new combo meals or order everything separately. We decided on ordering everything separately as we all didn't want fountain drinks. My family ordered a variety of burgers, fries, and kids meals. It was costly, as that's how prices are these days but it was the BEST experience I've had at Burger Fi in years. My husband and Mom even agreed BEST experience ever! The burger was cooked perfectly. The toppings were perfectly proportioned. The temperature of the food was hot, as it was just made to order. The fries were freshly made. It was a perfect meal. During our visit, Kesha came over to make sure we were happy with our experience. We let her know, we were extremely satisfied. As she saw my toddler daughter did a great job on finishing her meal, she asked if she could reward her with another apple juice. I happily accepted the drink and saved it for another time. Thanks Burger Fi for an enjoyable meal out.
