I ordered the fish, but it lacked flavor and was overly salty. However, the cracked conch was very good, and the guava duff was excellent. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

I ordered a steamed fish dinner today and was told it would take 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it ended up taking 30 minutes. When I got home, the smell of the fish was overwhelming – my grandson and daughter even asked what that smell was! I ended up having to throw it out into the garage. I had planned to eat my dinner before work and save the rest for later, but that didn't work out. I called the restaurant today to explain the situation, but they didn't seem to care or try to make it right. I had a disappointing experience and won't be coming back here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The chicken souse I received was made with boiled chicken and had murky water. When I returned it, the staff told me I was stuck with the dish, even after spending $50 on my order. I will never order from this restaurant again.

I called the restaurant today to explain the situation, but they showed no concern or offered any solutions. The customer service was lacking, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
