Town Square - Pemberton

Ordered the bison burger with fries. The burger was absolutely delicious. Loved the brioche bun and the house sauce. The meat was juicy and fresh extremely well rounded taste. The fries were surprisingly light and delicious. The table came with some ketchup (my favorite on fries), but didn't come with vinegar (my second favorite on fries). We also ordered the calamari which was extremely delicious and also light. I loved how Town Square's food was not heavy and greasy, but instead light and crispy. My wife ordered the Q Bowl which was extremely delicious and flavorful. It came with some fried chicken which was the only heavy and greasy item on the table. Service was great and friendly. Would highly recommend going here!

We got take out lunch while visiting Pemberton- and it was delicious! I was so happy to see so many gluten free options, and that they had a separate deep fryer (for those with Celiac, this is a must). The fried chicken basket was so yummy, as was the poutine! Lots of options for everyone, hot and fresh, and friendly service. We called ahead and ordered by phone, and picked up about 15 minutes later. YUM! We will be back.

We came here a few times already. Each time we had beyond amazingly delicious food. Today, it was seafood chowder and burger. Yum! Arden is perfect, quick and pleasant and very nice. And she comes up with refreshing drinks recipes. Today was: Plum Mojito. I love coming here.

Went twice over 3 days while in Pemberton, once for brunch and once for dinner... both experiences were nearly flawless. The Bison burger was 11 out of 10 (not exaggerating here, spent many years of my younger life in hospitality). Best burger I have had in over a decade. The service was great and food generous, filling and taste excellent all the way down to the house brew basic coffee. Parking was no problem and no waiting to be seated but keep in mind this is winter off season. Enjoy!

Had a pretty good meal here. Bison burger and their fried chicken dinner. Bison was a nice change and the fried chicken was great. You can see why they advertise it when you enter. The homemade brownies we got were very nice as well. The only downside was that at the end of the meal we were left waiting for the bill after we asked for it. I think our server was distracted talking to an employee as it wasn?t that busy. I would return however
