Whataburger - Pelham

Food was good and accurate. Only wish they had more than one toilet in that huge bathroom. Could have 3 stalls in there so everyone isn?t waiting in the hall. Other than that it was good.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but this review will focus on the service. Lavaughn was exceptionally friendly, even though it was early in the morning. He exemplified how customer service should be done, with a warm smile and positive energy.

This restaurant was not quick in serving their food. It took more than twenty minutes to receive our order. The front counter was unattended, causing customers to wait at the register for several minutes before leaving. The only reason for giving this place three stars is because the food was decent once it finally arrived.

The restaurant staff did not allow customers to order through the drive-thru and the service was slow, as usual. I think the girl working there might have been new, so she couldn't help it, but the slow service and lack of drive-thru availability have been ongoing issues at this location. Despite being advertised as a 24-hour restaurant, there are many times when no one is there, yet the lights are on as if it is open.
