Ordered a chalupa meal. Woman taking the order said 8 and some change. Received the right order but asked for a receipt and she seemed nervous about something cause she started shaking...I paid with my debit card and she handed me my receipt. Discrepancy in the order taken. I was charged for something else. Who gives .09 before their credit card in order to pay for a meal? I gave her no change whatsoever. Seems like she's trying to discreetly add some pennies in her pocket. Weird.

I cannot believe the level of problems with my experience. We finally decided to do fast food after over 2 months. I was the only person in line and tried to use the app to order, and the app was down, we called in to make sure we can do drive through. I literally read the order off the app in the drive through very slowly and very carefully. The manager was running the drive through order taking. I spent $29.57 at about 9 pm on 5/17/20. I received half my order, it was cold, some double wrapped in tortillas. 100% not the correct portions, ingredients and not even close to the food I ordered. I left with about $10 worth of cold food. When i called back the response i recieved was to come back for the missing items sometime in the next few days. We took picture to send to the complaint department. Very very disappointing experience
