My wife's chicken sandwich was missing, and since I live far from the restaurant, I couldn't go back to complain to the indifferent staff. Unfortunately, this is the only Popeyes location in the area. While I enjoy the food, the restaurant staff seems to be making an effort to discourage me from returning. This has happened to me on two other occasions as well. Additionally, customers are not able to check their orders before leaving as the restaurant only offers drive-thru service. I prefer Zaxby's for their better service and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
I was just passing through the area and decided to place an online order through the restaurant's website. When I arrived, I saw a long line of cars stretching out onto the street, estimated to be 8-10 cars long. I tried to go inside to pick up my order, but the door was locked and I couldn't get anyone's attention. After several unsuccessful attempts, I realized I had to join the car line. This led to a 43-minute wait and my food ended up being stale. I typically enjoy Popeyes, but this experience was disappointing. It would be helpful if they could pause online orders to avoid having to wait in line anyway.
Oh my goodness, this Popeyes location consistently messes up my orders. I hadn't been here in a while but was in the area. I ordered three mild wings and fries, but instead received a three piece wing and two spicy thighs. I tried calling once I got home, but, as usual, no one answered.
They have very bad customer service except for one manager who wears a bun. The manager with the braids is very rude and very upset to be at work. The experience was very normal for me at Popeyes , they are either out of something or don't finish takingyour order and still tell you to pull around. They gave me all the sauces I wanted though, so it's fine. I would not recommendeating here via door dash but picking up your food you get to say the things that are wrong . Kids meal came with no toy , nofries or no juice.
We ordered over 120.00 in food to be picked up at a specific time for a party. The food was not ready. I had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be ready. Then when I got home there was over 30.00 in missing Items. No one will answer the phone and theinside of the restaurant was Nasty. Food all over the dining room floor, counters were sticky?. Just nasty
