The staff is friendly, and the service is exceptional. The food is of high quality.

They usually serve a fantastic cheese steak at Syrians, but today I was surprised to find that it was very tough and grisly. I really hope they haven't changed their recipe.

I ordered two pizzas at 2:40 PM and called an hour later because they hadn't arrived, only to be told that the driver was on the way. It's now 4:20 PM and I'm still waiting. This is not a good way to run a business, and they haven't communicated whether they were busy or what the delay was. When the pizza finally arrived at 4:45 PM, it was cold. The driver also mentioned that they don't offer any discounts. I've been a regular customer, typically ordering 2 to 3 times a month, but I'm really reconsidering. It feels like if you value good service, you should think twice about eating here.

Food was plain not good at all and chips were stale.this place is way overrated.go to Brandon's more your buck they were even on tv for best rated food and the quality is the quantity flavor wont be coming back to mikes

Not only is their food great but the customer service is exemplary! Even when they are very busy they take their time to take care of you. I know we are still in tough times so I truly appreciate the above and beyond and just the simple example of human kindness the folks here provide! Thank you!
