Kfc - Pekin

The restaurant was filthy. We walked in to enjoy the buffet, only to find food scattered all over the floor and cleaning supplies placed next to the dishes. When I asked an employee why the mess hadn’t been cleaned up, I was told they were very busy, but only a few staff members were actually working on orders while the rest were on their cell phones, smoking, or lounging in the lobby. I was shocked by the lack of care and their dismissive response. Upon looking at the buffet, I saw old, crusty food, including chicken and corn, everywhere. After witnessing this, we requested a refund but were told we couldn't get a full one, which was ridiculous since we hadn't touched anything aside from our drinks. I would never recommend dining here unless you're looking for a trip to the emergency room!

The staff was extremely friendly, and the buffet offered a great selection. Unlike other KFC locations in the area, they also honor all the promotions you see on TV.

I don't think I've ever dined there and found a clean table. However, the staff is friendly, and the food is tasty and served hot. Even though I usually opt for Famous Bowls, I really appreciate that this KFC still offers a lunch buffet!

I love KFC, but this one doesn't get cleaned well. Sticky, greasy buildup on the walls in nooks and cranny's. I will get it to go

Went for the buffet. Food was hot and kept fresh. A really hard working team! They were attentive to the food, customers and cleanliness. Better than I have seen in the past. We were especially pleased with a young man named Brock who we observed doingallot of different things, had a consistently great attitude and was obviously liked by his coworkers. I said I planned toprovide a review and asked a coworker for Brock's name since he was busy. Amazingly the coworkers also praised Brock and showedtheir appreciation for us. Now I wish I had their names too. I would want these guys on my team!
