Today we were spontaneously in peenemünde and on the look for a restaurant that also offers vegan dishes that we have landed “Am Deich”. a highly recommended caffeine bistro! super love advice, great service and pleasant eating! we had the vegan burger and then a banana chocolate cake (home recipe) and a apple zimtkuchen. around super and tasty! we are looking forward to coming back!

The quality and sweetness of the food served here is great. real passion for cooking, my non-vegan parents were surprised by the taste and maybe a step closer to convert. I have found the best value for money.

We came especially to try the vegan food. A very stressed member of staff opened the door to an empty cafe and asked us what we wanted. We said we didnt know as we hadnt seen the menu. He told he was was busy preparing a 3-course meal for a local Stammgast and whatever we wanted would take a while as he wanted to give the local the attention he deserved. Jeder Gast bekommt die Aufmerksamkeit, die er verdient. He listed a few things he could make us but told he was was busy first. He made us feel like we were a nuisance rather than a family wanting to pay for food. There was not a single other person there. We left without being offered a menu or eating anything.
