Shame the poor service let them down so badly and to my way of thinking meant it was over priced. I had to go to the counter to order my meal after waiting 15 mins and watching the waitress set half a dozen tables for dinner when I was there at 1300hrs. Had to ask twice for salt and pepper. Lunch plates were cleared without a mention of 'would you like to see a desert menu or coffee' and then didn't come back to the table but continued talking to the other lady behind the bar. When I finally went to the counter to pay there was no enquiry as to how my meal was. Such a pity when the food was excellent.

We had an absolutely awesome dinner here last night for our anniversary. The seating was perfect right on the sea front as an entree I had the Calamari and my wife had the meatballs both yum. For mains I had the pork belly and she had the chicken breast again yum and for dessert we both had Affogato coffees . Altogether Awesome thanks for a great night we will be back , cheers.

With a pristine view over the waterfront you would expect the same quality in the food however unfortunately that isn't the case. As the restaurant was fully booked we had to order room service and the food was cafe standard at best and very pricey for the standard served. Breakfast the next morning wasn't much better with coffee that was well below par for a resort of this rating and when we ordered a premium coffee it was only marginally better than the coffee that was included in the breakfast. The coffee frappe was purely a glass half full of blocks of ice and topped up with cold coffee - not a frappe by any stretch of the imagination. Would we recommend it to visitors - not likely.

The view from the restaurant is spectacular and the setting is great. The food is hit and miss but usually good- although quite expensive. Service is usually good. As I have for years, I will definitely return due to the great food, atmosphere and view.

Food was to die for, pork belly, barramundi, sour dow bread and dips, kids fish and chips. Followed by excellent sticky date. Service was hit and miss, sometimes 2 waitresses in a minute, other times no one for 30 minutes. It may have been a little busy for the number of staff, but they coud have been better organised.
