New China - Pecq Le

After ordering every other week for the last year and a half without issue, we had the most mind boggling encounter with them tonight. We placed an order and within minutes, we were notified that the order had been cancelled. We called the restaurant thinking perhaps they were closed, but alas, they were not! Instead, we were told that they would not fulfill our order because we always cancel our order after the food is ready. I almost fell out of my chair. I assured them that we have never cancelled an order and I had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. The young woman on the phone kept putting me on hold to talk to the owner, who repeatedly insisted that we always cancel our orders and they would not make us food. When I brought up that the only time an order had been canceled was by GrubHub, not us, when the driver supposedly threw up in their car and could no longer deliver the food, they claimed the driver was not in fact sick and again, that we canceled the order. Ultimately, they told us to take our business elsewhere and hung up on me. How disappointing! We loved this place for your easy takeout Chinese in the middle of a work week.

They advertised Thai Basil Fried rice. What the gave me wasn't anything close to that. No fresh basil just dried season. No paper towels and the table was filthy.

Upon entering and walking up to the counter a young lady walked up to the register just staring at me. She didn’t greet me just looked at me like what do you want?? I said do you not greet customers?? She just gave me a more screwed up face and never said anything. I walked out! This place will NEVER get my business. It’s bad enough that y’all food is TRASH but you got the nerve to have an attitude or act as if you don’t need business. Well you won’t get mine! Y’all don’t deserve to be in business based on these reviews. Be careful how you treat people!

Ask for bourbon chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and broccoli got some hard chop up chicken thighs I guess paid eighteen dollars. Very disappointed because it's cold and rainy outside. They got the kids working now.

Just say down with my pick up order. The beef lomain is absolutely horrible and I had to throw it out. Tasted like it was cooked in dirty dish water. Sadly this place is going steadily downhill.
