Had a problem with my order and although it took a little while to get someone on the phone, she understood a mistake and got a full refund on my order. I didn't want or expected that, but the act let me go my first bad review to change this now great review. many thanks and I look forward to future orders with their business in pecos, tx.

Despite 30 minutes of closing, her team was still bewildered and cheerful and my supreme pizza that they made was soo delicious, as always. I give pizza hut credit because they are very consistent on the finished product, no matter which condition I visit!

The food was delicious I was so happy to eat pizza, the service was great and also beautiful people who work there I appreciate it a lot

Placed an order for a large 2 topping pizza. Pizza was delivered as ordered to my location in a timely manner. My experience has been great with this location in the Pecos, TX area. Nobody out Pizza the Hut

I’m not sure why this Pizza Hut has 3.1 stars, but we ordered from here last night after leaving Guadalupe Mountains and you guys made the Beyond Meat Sausage pizza better than how we get it in the city we live in. We’re not even mad that some pizzas had big crusts. We ordered two sauces and they gave us three (probably because of the big crusts). But what we are happy about is the amount of sauce they put on the pizza. Thank you for a not-dry pizza! We paid in cash and I wish I tipped bigger because the pizza was made pretty well. I was going to call to compliment but I remember the number goes to a call center so they probably won’t relay the comment to this location. Remember to tip 18-20% (excluding the taxes) depending on if it’s delivery or curbside carry out! Thanks for the pizza and curbside delivery service!
