Burger King - Pearsall

The young girl working the register today, Sunday the 17th of April 2022, at this restaurant needs to improve her customer service skills. I politely thanked her after placing my order and even when she returned to get a forgotten spoon for my cake, she did not acknowledge my gratitude. She should learn some customer service skills or perhaps work in the kitchen away from customers. Additionally, I realized she forgot to give me marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. She should consider finding a new job or improving her performance in her current role.

I recently ordered a double cheeseburger at this restaurant and unfortunately, the wait time was quite long. The burger I received was not very tasty and was also overpriced. I am sorry to say that I will not be returning to this establishment.

The food was fresh and came out quickly in the early morning, and the service was good.

Great customer service. They were super friendly. They were packed and yet they still took the orders and served everything fast and I mean fast. I was very surprised by that.

Way overpriced wanted 20 bucks for 5 dinky cold cheese burgers that i had to return and get my money back what total rip off
