Little Caesars Pizza - Pearland

Placed an online order for advance pickup and it was ready on time. Prices are way cheaper than dominos, pizza hut, and papa johns but I think it lacks some flavor. It's still good pizza though with a lot of cheese. They also have a feature where you place an order and come pick it up from the machine (posted in pictures) I didn't use it this trip but sounds very convenient so might try it in the future.

Placed an online order hoping to expedite the process but, they were having an issue with online orders not coming through. There are many unhappy customers in the lobby waiting for their orders. I guess Little Caesar’s forgot their claim to fame!!!! No HOT-N-READY here!!!! More like you’ll be hot and ready to fight somebody for waiting so long.

Food was posed to be ready at 4:43 it’s not it’s now 5:10 and my pizza been sitting for 10 minutes. Smdh, they playing back there instead of making my food. I ask the girl to check how much longer and she never came back to respond. Sad part is I placed this order online.

Ordered 3 pizzas through app for delivery. Pizza came half baked and was so thin in some spots we could literally see through the pizza. Drove back to store and all manager had to say was do you want me to remake them? No apology. I asked for full refund and I will not return. The worst Little Caesar’s in the city

I ordered online at 18:31 and waited until my order was promised (6:51-6:56pm), went in and had to go again! Twelve people stood inside and no employees were on the opposite side who supported customers. The pick-up portal was not in use at all! When I was waiting, I gave my order number and was told it was a little. While waiting in the lobby, three commands were wrong, no one (including managers) came out to fix the situation and the service. Since I observed the persistent lack of concern for customers, I was extremely frustrated and considered leaving the branch as a whole. I called the company's customer service line, but they were closed. At 7:22, my name was called. From the time of order 6:31 pm, until the time of actual pick-up 7:21 pm was 50 minutes. I will NOT order more from this place!! I would advise anyone to expect a quick trip to get a pizza or food at this point to another little caesar where they receive decent customer service and wait less time for their promised order. I will contact customer service once they open and share an update. My wish is that management will review its standards and provide a proper customer service. Thanks for reading.
