Kappa Japanese Chinese - Pearland

I visited this fantastic restaurant and was warmly welcomed by a young man and a lady. The young man introduced himself as Abhinav, and the young lady was Kaitlyn. They provided excellent service and treated us with great respect. The food was delicious, and I definitely plan to return sometime!

A great local Chinese-Japanese restaurant. While the standard dishes could use some improvement, their sushi is flavorful and distinct! If you live nearby, it's definitely worth a visit.

**The Food:** The Chinese chicken roasted rice here is the best I've ever had in Houston. The chicken was perfectly cooked—so tender and not at all chewy. **The Service:** Our waitress was friendly and incredibly attentive to our orders. **The Atmosphere:** The restaurant was very clean and provided a lovely setting for a romantic dinner. **Pricing:** The prices were quite reasonable. For a family of four, we enjoyed four entrees and an appetizer for under $45. This will definitely be our new favorite Chinese restaurant in Houston. It was fantastic!

We ordered a Sakura Roll that is not on the menu and was suggested by the Sushi Cook. Really a work of art and so delicious. The role has salmon, yellow tail, tuna, crab and each piece of sushi was packed individually and then wrapped together and fried deeply. The ginger was made into a rose and the leaves were washhabi. Surrounded by seasoned Mayo and Eelsoße. The service was top-notch! We're definitely going back.
