Jason's Deli - Pearland

Not Happy at all!!! I need a refund for something so small!!! I've never had such a small shortcake from Jason's Deli. I feel screwed over!!!

Jason's Deli is one of my son's favorites, but I have never seen the appeal. My last visit here, I picked something up on the way to work. I got the Steak Po'boy thinking it was going to be a nice and hearty sandwich. When I opened it up I already knew I was in for some disappointment. It looked like they just threw everything between bread and wanted me to assemble it when I sat down to eat. The sandwich is described as having tomatoes and lettuce but I maybe had a few shreds of lettuce and one whole slice of tomato cut in half and shared between the two halves of the tiny sandwich. The spicy pepper they put on it soaked up the bread which made it almost impossible to eat with my hands. The steak was mostly on one half of the sandwich but just thrown on. It was not a good sandwich. I have been in the past and had decent meals but I definitely won't be back here. On to the next!

I love to eat here. This time the person who brought us our food forgot all the utensils. I asked for napkins and a knife. He walked away before I could tell him we needed forks too. But most of all the fruit dip is watered down. It would not even stick to the fruit. Very disappointing. I love this dip. Quit trying to save a buck.

I had the Cindy's Chicken Salad and it could have used a little more chicken salad on the croissant. Overall that was what you would expect from a Jason's Deli. My nephew had a smoked turkey on toasted multigrain bread. He said that the crust was hard but the flavor was great. The place wasn't too exiciting but everything else was good.

Don't order here unless you want to wait forever. I purposely placed my order in advance for curbside pickup so that it could be ready by the time I got here. I waited about 20 minutes just go get my soup. I have a broken ankle and can't go far without being in pain. I had to call the store twice just to get my food.
