I ordered egg rolls with sauce I have no sauce and I ordered mini pancakes and they gave me only 6 cold old pancakes without SirupFood: 1/5

Hesitant to come here for the reviews, but we had a great experience. The woman who worked the drive thru was very polite, although she was clearly busy. It took about 3 minutes from the order to get our food. Everything was right and absolutely delicious. My children's meal was also correct (customer order), and Pommes were hot. We came to the reference on a Sunday at 1815.

That's the slowest Jack in the box I've never been on the line with anyone. They didn't clean the shaking machine before they made every shake. It's ridiculous and we won't be back.

Nahomi was very sweet and took care of my order. My shake and my food were fresh. Anyway, it's coming back. Food: 5/5

Tacos or freshly made the curly fries could have had a few more big fries in there than small pieces
