The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf Pearl City

I went through the drive through and there were coffee grounds all in my drink. Had her remake it still coffee grounds and no straws. Then I went inside had them remake it again no extra shot of espresso and still coffee grounds and had to wait 20 mins to get it remade. I notice when the drive through girl was making my drink she wasn’t packing the coffee grounds which would explain why it was coming out bad. I understand people have bad days and I don’t know if she just having a bad day but I’m a regular customer and this is the first time I’ve ever had anything wrong with my drink.

We thru the drive thru total time wasted 12 minutes. First no indication that they don’t have a seasonal drink until I asked.Ordered a different seasonal drink without complaint because why get mad over a drink. Waited 5 minutes to order. Another 7 minutes until it’s my turn to get my drink only to find out their tap doesn’t work. I was traveling light because I was just taking my dogs out for a walk so I didn’t have any other forms of payment.I offered to take the drink and come back later to pay when I was driving thru (1 town over) but they said no. So their decision is to waste it vs possibly getting their money later when it’s their fault I couldn’t pay? Poor, immature management. I realize that it can be a scam but try and look out and address the situation vs hid behind your young inexperienced cashier who isn’t paid to deal with customer issues.And for God’s sake, put up a sign to avoid all of this. How does corporate tolerate this type of complaints?

Floor is very sticky. Smear marks everywhere. The bathroom. is. FILTHY!! It hasn 't been cleaned at LEAST in the last three-four days. I keep thinking, oh, surely itll be clean today! They have homeless living there arguing with the wind. Broken outlets. And NO internet. I thought I could at least charge my laptop and use the toilet. I ordered a coffee when I found the filthy bathroom to be mega clogged! WASTE OF MONEY. Talk about LAZY people to not mop EVERYDAY! I 'd be afraid of their sanitation practices with food and drinks. I will not return and suggest you dont use this place at all.

Ordered a blended frapachino but was told the blenders are both broken. Unfortunate but how do they stay in business with broken equipment?
