Subway - Pearl City

During my first visit to this restaurant, I had a positive experience. The bread was fresh, and the young woman who prepared my sandwich was very attentive. I appreciated being able to relax in the lobby while enjoying my meal. It's a well-managed establishment, and I would definitely recommend this location.

The subway sandwich I had was delicious. However, I think many take-out and fast food places could improve their customer service. It would be great if they could refrain from answering phones while they are already in the store, as it often makes customers wait for their orders. It would be more efficient if someone could handle the phone calls separately.

This restaurant once ran out of bread while still being open, which was unfortunate since I was craving fresh-tasting sandwiches. Aside from that issue, I have no complaints. It's similar to any other Subway chain.

The staff here are really nice and build a good sandwich.

The aunties working there, work really hard and try to be fast for those who come in big groups. They are really nice even under pressure. My nephew rated this subway as the best one he's visited. They need more workers outside to help with the rush. At least a manager to ring up the food instead of hiding in the back.
