I had difficulty finding it when the visit was my first, and realized that the restaurant is located at the Holiday Inn. My food was better than expected and the service respectable, especially given the late hour. The only cave I suspect is the quite limited menu (being in the mood for whatever comes when I mention bar food.
10/10. First from our server Sara . S was fast, efficient, positive and a joy! The food was absolutely amazing. I got the lemon fender and my husband got the fried eggplant. Presentation was nice, portions were perfect, the taste and the detail was amazing. The restaurant/bar itself was classic, clean, updated and had tvs everywhere, no matter where you sat you can watch what you want. The prices were not bad in our bill were about $55 for 2 entrees, a beer and mixed drink, a sweet tea and an appetizer. I never take the time to check unless it had an effect. Can you imagine coming here?
The Taco salad is the best you will ever eat. Eating is good, not just Taco salad. It is clean and has a good service. It's a little expensive, but I never had a bad meal there and I tried several things on the menu. No complaints.
The waitress was friendly, the food was delicious. Although they have forgotten to drop the wings for one of our people and not to get them as all the others eat. Another thing is, it's in the hotel that we haven't seen, indicated somewhere. Not that it's different than it's no place to bring a big party. But I'd eat about everything.
My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn overnight , we had dinner and drinks here at Alumni House and we were impressed by the impeccable customer service given to us by Summer and London, they both were very nice and made us feel comfortable, the drinks and food was exceptionally good. We will make this our new stop when traveling from Atlanta, Georgia to Austin, Texas. Way to go London and Summer you girls totally rock!! Sabrina Nate Lindsey
