I placed a mobile order through the app and arrived at the restaurant, only to encounter a staff that was completely rude. When I got home, I discovered that the food was stale—the chicken sandwich was completely dried out, and the bread was tough and unappetizing. I reached out to the manager, who identified herself as T, but she was also very rude over the phone. This location definitely needs better employees; the entire staff could benefit from additional training.

Full disclaimer: Every time we've visited this restaurant (which isn't very often), we've had a disappointing experience. The staff has been rude, they frequently run out of menu items, the sweet tea is terrible, and our orders are often incomplete. However, today was different. A manager named Troy, who is from another location, took our order and brought an amazing energy to the service. Our food not only looked great but also tasted fantastic. This 5-star rating is solely for Troy. Thank you for making this experience enjoyable!

The biscuit was overly hard and dry. When I asked the cashier if they offered any softer biscuits, she said no. Additionally, the chicken wasn't breaded as it should have been, and I was quite disturbed to find a piece of hair cooked into the crust. This underscores the importance of wearing hair nets and beard nets, as well as practicing good hygiene with handwashing and glove use in food service. To ensure consistent quality, it's crucial to adhere to standardized recipes, as this helps avoid overcooked or undercooked items while maintaining the same presentation every time. On a positive note, I was pleased with the beans and rice.

Was 5 stars last Sunday but today after waiting for my popcorn shrimp, I find that my sides are half full for the 5 piece.. like how can two dine when we have one full serving of sides all together..? smh
