They had already made a medium so when I mentioned this the cashier grabbed a large cup added ice and poured the drink in. When he handed it to me there was so much ice I couldn?t even put my straw in the cup. When I asked for a refund the cashier said he could just crush the ice for me. I left very disappointed.
I LITERALLY just called to see if they?re smoothie machines were working today (I work across the street and 5 months pregnant so before wasting time going I called first) the person who answered the phone hung up the phone as soon as she said NO ?. How the heck did you not know I had another question?! Extremely rude my goodness!
Pay attention to your Receipt they are charging $1 a dollar to NOT I repeat to NOT put ice in your cup how is it that you charge the customer for not putting ice in a drink that?s being purchase. Laila supervisor excuse was prices went up. Me; WHAT!!!!!! ???????? am I purchasing gas no a drink w/ NO ICE that should be more of a reason not to put ice when a customer request. Absolutely absurd ridiculous customers are being charged for not wanting Ice in there drink. By Not putting Ice requires less labor. Laila was extremely unprofessional rude and argumentative with a customer she needs training on customer service and relations . Clearly she has no training a family member or friend hired her with no training franchise location I was informed after asking for corporate number, Laila response as if she?s untouchable with being reprimand she is a complete embarrassment on Dunkin. I stated there should be a sign customer should be informed they are being charged $1 for no Ice don?t just take it upon yourself and charge customer. Charging for No ice is just distasteful. I requested a refund and will not be returning. There are plenty places that is better than Dunkin convenient sometimes is not worth it and in this case it?s not . Business fail to realize the pandemic didn?t teach business owners anything you need the customers the customers do not need your business get better customer service relation training with staff. I noticed Most people who work at these low end paying jobs have the worse attitudes as if you owe them something.One of the reason people like myself are not spending hard earn money on business with bad customer service. And this place is one.
Update: I?ve had a great experience here in the past per my last review. However, Im currently at the store after 5am and came once this week and they are closed. A lady held up one finger a few minutes ago today but she hasn?t came to the window to update. To Holcomb bridge I go. Very disappointing Original review: It?s 7:18am and Kimberly has such a welcoming, positive, happy vibe. I literally left with her energy. Customer service is heavily lacking in today?s world so this experience really stood out. This is the BEST interaction that I?ve had with any Dunkin Donut. Kimberly, never change! Give her a raise! Give her a raise! Give her a raise!
I live right next to Dunkin so naturally I was super excited to move in. THIS PLACE SUCKS. It is very slow and I am more surprised when they get my (simple) drink order correct. Overall horrible and do not recommend.
