Grace was working drive thru very friendly great customer service skills and the food is awesome always a very pleasurable time to go there the whole staff is great

Have eaten Zaxbys several times but tonight, it was so good, fresh and amazing!! Will definitely be back!

Been waiting in line for 20 mins now and have only moved up 1 car!!!!! They are slow especially in Sunday?s even Chick-fil-A is closed! You think the owner would consider that when doing his schedule for workers!!!!! Theeeee worst!

They are very unprofessional we sat out there for 35 mins got to the box to order and she says they are closed mind you it?s a long line and it was only 10:01 Do better

They specifically asked us if we wanted more sauce, we said yes and even paid for them where they are in the pocket? No, have we waited in life forever? yes. can.t add a photo bc the sauces where not in the bag.
