Their nachos are a little different in the sense that they sprinkle the cheese over the chips and then broil them to melt the cheese. It was an enjoyable entre. Moes goes for the warm queso dip over the nachos which is also fun, just different. I got the tofu over my nachos and was pleased they marinade and grilled the tofu opposed to just a marinade.
I?ve been coming here for awhile now and I love it. The people who work here are always amazing and polite and they?re always willing to help you get the right order. My husband came in on 3/27/22 around 7:15 and there were 3 people absolutely rocking it. They got everyone taken care of in a timely manner, were polite and just did a fantastic job. BUT I will say it?s ALWAYS these 3 workers that go above and beyond when I come in. Every single time they make my time in there easy and extremely enjoyable. Thanks for always being awesome!
Great service and food. The people who work there are so friendly and up to Earth. Never had a bad experience and I come a lot!
I made a door bag for picking up at 18:25. At 6:45 I went to pick up my order. I was told by the person in the register that they never received my order. I showed my reception and the text that confirmed that they received my order. She said we need to wait until the order comes at its end. Seriously? I only got my order 7:10. I saw a few sitting, eating and going before my food was ready. I'm not sorry about the inconvenience. She placed the bag on the counter and didn't even have the boldness to say, hey, that's your order. We stood there! I went back as if nothing was wrong. I could probably just stand in line, an order. What a disappointing experience. I hope she's not a manager. If so, terrible customer service skills.
