I placed a mobile order in the parking lot and was about to go inside when a worker named Sandria was taking out drive-thru orders. I informed her that I had just placed a mobile order, and she said she would bring it out for me. I asked if she could make the drinks without ice, and she gladly agreed. Shortly after, she came out with a bunch of orders and handed mine to me, just as requested. I would like to commend Sandria for her excellent customer service. It seems like customer service has been lacking in most fast food places lately, so we need more workers like Sandria (which is a lovely name, by the way). Thank you, Sandria, for your fantastic service, and I wish you a wonderful day and more success in the future!
I am hesitant to dine out at restaurants these days due to the significant increase in menu prices. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Taco Bell still offers 3 tacos for $4.50. During the Trump administration, the same amount of tacos would cost $6 at other Mexican restaurants, but now they are priced at $10 during the Biden administration. Why spend more money at upscale Mexican restaurants when Taco Bell offers affordable options that won't break the bank?
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I feel nauseous. The taco shells were rotten, and this isn't the first time this has happened. What is going on with the management?
I stopped by for lunch today on my way home and went through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect and we were missing several items. We went back inside to get our missing items, but were ignored and given two orders of old, rock hard cinnamon twists that were difficult to chew. Additionally, the extra items we paid for were missing from our food, and one of the tacos we ordered was supposed to be soft shell, but was hard shell instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We still didn't receive what we ordered even after trying to fix the mistake. Very disappointed.
The worker at the drive-thru at Omad was fantastic! He charmingly convinced me to order a little more than I originally planned, but it turned out to be a great decision. When I got to the window, he was incredibly friendly and recommended the Breakfast Salsa to me, which I had never tried before and didn't even know they offered. It was fantastic! I consistently receive excellent service here. Everyone has always been friendly, but tonight's visit was the best!
