Mcdonald's - Peachtree City

Typical McDonald's service here is better now that covid is over fairly low wait times.

Man I went to order from the app and I order a free fries and a drink (plus I order a McChicken) they gave me my drink and mc chicken but no fries and talking about not seeing it from their side and I ask nicely if I could get the fries still and theemployees was acting and saying they can?t give me my free fries because They don?t see it on their side and want to charge me,like come on man smh this place got to do better

Honestly the NASTIEST McDonald?s I?ve ever been in! Floors were sticky wet, tables were filthy, dirty windows with fingerprints all over them, a ROACH crawling on the front counter at the registers!!!! I was absolutely mind blown being thisis located in PTC? health department needs to step in.

I?ve had many bad experiences at this location over the years, but it seems they have have only continued to go downhill. I won?t be coming back to this location again. The staff is extremely rude and discourteous to customers. Service is alsoridiculously slow for ?fast? food.

This is the WORST Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Not only are the workers extremely rude, they treat you like you?re nothing but an inconvenience and the manager lets their workers yell at and cuss out customers. If you want decent service don?t bothercoming here. Update your hours too or actually stay open till listed time. If you?re understaffed, that?s no excuse to notupdate hours.
