1. They frequently don't have the items I'm looking for. 2. The cashiers are consistently unfriendly. 3. The drive-thru service is always very slow. 4. The store is often unkempt and dirty. I visited recently...

I understand that many people can be upset in the morning before they get their caffeine fix. However, it's not fair to take out that frustration on the employees, especially when they are overwhelmed and working hard.
