Kfc - Peace River

Best KFC I've been to, ever. So nicely decorated for the holidays, really clean tables and chairs, and not busy. Was served quickly and they had amazing customer service. Will definitely be back again because of how amazed I was at everything.

They changed their fries box into an open box. When leaving the KFC, we had hit a pothole which resulted in the open box fries spilling out onto the floor. My husband had went back to see if they’d be able to put new fries in the boxes they usually had put them in, it ended up in an argument between the cashier and the manager. The manager didn’t want to give a box to my husband for the fries he was PAYING for. He had tried explaining that he doesn’t want them to fall onto the floor like the last ones, especially since we’re going to be driving and don’t live in peace river. The cashier was nice enough to understand the situation and got the back to put them in a box. Another lady ordering beside my husband had said that she would like a bag or box for her fries as well due to hearing what had happened to us, the manager ended up giving my husband very rude looks before he turned to leave. Experience 4/10 Service from cashier 10/10 Food 8/10

Ordered delivery. Food was a bit undercooked, soggy and and missing both the large fries and the chicken strip from the order. The brownies that we got were three months old and tasted sour. We had to throw them out.

Thought I'd call in my order, pre paid it . Got there 20 mins later, order wasn't up and they didn't even see my order on their till by the time left there it was 20 more mins later lol would of been faster walking and standing in line . Also they didn't give my pop by the time I got home I noticed it dang. Oh well no more calling it in I guess.

Made an order online, picked it up, and drove home to find that the two chicken burgers that we ordered that were worth over 21 dollars were not in the bag. Tried to call them to make them aware of the mistake that had happened as I live in grimshaw and no one would answer the phone. The food that we did receive was flavorless, soggy, and the worst KFC food I've had. Order the 18 piece chk with 4 large sides plus extra gravy and extra fries and the two spicy big crunch burgers.
